Firearms Shipping Policy

FFL Transfer Required (No Exceptions)
All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. We do not ship firearms directly to customers.

Firearm Transfer Requirements
Firearm transfers in Maryland include:

• Background check through Maryland State Police
• Mandatory 7-day waiting period
• Completion of state forms (MSP 77R)

Handgun Requirements

• Buyer must have a valid Handgun Qualification License (HQL) before receiving a handgun
• Must be 21+ years old

Long Guns (Rifles & Shotguns)

• Must be 18+ years old
• Subject to Federal and Maryland compliance checks

Shipping Process

1. Customer places order
2. Customer selects a Maryland FFL dealer
3. FFL license is verified
4. Firearm ships to FFL
5. Customer completes background check + waiting period
6. Firearm is transferred in-store

Restricted Items
We do not ship:

• Magazines over 10-round capacity
• Banned “assault weapons” or non-compliant firearms
• Certain receivers or restricted configurations

Processing Time

• Ships within 2–5 business days after FFL verification

Ammunition Shipping Policy

Who Can Buy

• 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammunition
• 21+ for handgun ammunition

Direct-to-Door Shipping

• Ammunition can generally be shipped directly to customers in Maryland (no FFL required)

Restrictions
We do not ship ammunition to:

• Prohibited persons under Maryland or federal law
• The City of Annapolis (local restriction on ammo sales)

Carrier Requirements

• Ships via ground service only (per federal shipping rules)
• Adult signature may be required

Processing Time

• 1–3 business days

Returns & Cancellations

Firearms

• All firearm sales are final once transferred
• Returns must be arranged before transfer through the FFL
• Restocking fees may apply

Ammunition

• No returns on ammunition (safety standard)

For customers near St. Michaels / Eastern Shore:

• In-store pickup available
• Faster processing than shipping
• Staff assistance with compliance and paperwork
